Tariff

Winter rates (to 31st March): Single room: from £35 per night and Double room: from £70 per night. Family room: £80 per night (based on two adults and a child).

Summer rates: Single room: £40 per night and Double room: £80 per night. Family rooms from £90.

All prices include breakfast.

Bookings for a week or more qualify for a 10% reduction over the single night tariff.  Reductions available for children.  Supplement for single occupation of double room: £15.00 per person, per night.

Credit cards: - Whilst we are happy to give guests the opportunity to pay by credit card, as a small business, we pay proportionately more by way of bank charges, to remedy this we apply a 3% surcharge.

Deposits and cancellations: - We do not demand a deposit and normally accept credit card details in lieu. Provided we are given a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation we will not charge the credit card. However later cancellation will incur a charge (against the card ) of 50% of the value of the booking. Cancellation after 4pm the day before that you are due to arrive will result in the full value of the booking being taken. We will endeavour to re let the rooms and, at our discretion, will consider a reduction of these charges if no loss results.

Wifi: - We now offer free wireless internet at the hotel.
