Welcome to The Mount at Bideford. This interesting Georgian building is full of character and charm. It is set in a private semi-walled garden with large and handsome trees, making it a peaceful haven so close to Bideford town centre in the heart of North Devon.

All eight bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished. They are all en suite and equipped with colour televisions, radios and hairdryers and many other essentials. A recent addition is a ground floor bedroom which is a particular advantage for those guests to whom stairs are a problem and need
wheel chair access.

The town centre of Bideford is only a short
walk away. It is an historic and interesting
town with its quay, narrow streets and
medieval bridge.

The Mount is a convenient base for exploring the
beautiful North Devon coast line with its sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. Both Exmoor and Dartmoor are within easy reach for excursions and Bideford is the departure point for trips to Lundy Island.
